Registration form reserved for people born in 2006 or later (from the JUNIOR category).
They will be automatically registered in the race corresponding to their year of birth.
For non-licensees:
- minors, complete the Health Questionnaire and Parental Authorization (to be retrieved here).
- adults, provide a PPS number
